found in CFFN250A's reviews: Phil Mescher from Ames, Iowa - I definately recommend this combo package to anyone wanting to start working with airnailers. I have installed a lot of trim the old way by drilling pilot holes and hammering in the finish nails and then using a nail set to countersink the nail head. Now I plan on buying a Porter Cable framing nailer. I researched all the combo packages and this one is by far the best!. Best Tool I Own Hands Down! - This combo pack is ideal! I had never owned a Porter Cable product until my father gave this to me as a Christmas gift. I plan on replacing all of the crown molding utilizing my Porter Cable Finish Nailer and Pancake Compressorcombo and my DeWalt 12" Combo miter Saw. You may want to keep a nail set and a hammer around though as I have had occasional nail heads stick up. However, this only happens about 1 in 50 nails that I've driven. This Combo will have your project nailed down !!! - My Wife got me this PC combo for an I Love you gift. The nose piece make it easy to get the nails just were you want them everytime. And with the depth adjustment on the gun you can quickly change settings. It a great value and for those woodworkes who want a airnailer this combo should fit the bill. I sure there are those who may feel that an airnailer is just for those to lazy to nail by hand there not if you've ever made small boxes and tryed nailing them together you know it not and easy task. Get one and start getting you next wookworking project nailed down. Excellent performance - The compressor and nailer have worked without problems. When considering this combo, be sure that this is the right nailer for the task you have in mind. This combo pack is great for a beginner pack. I have added several other nailers to my collection. Excellent performance and value! I am impressed! - This combo kit is a great value. Lightweight compressor delivers all the power and performance you need for this finish nailer. Not quite as noisy as I had expected and the maximum 10 amp draw is a bonus too! No more trips to the breaker panel on a busy worksite! Excellent set up, nailer performs very well, just a bit noisier than some others when firing. Effortlessly drove 2" inch nails through two pieces of oak flooring when I first tested it. Nice carry case for the nailer offers protection when not in use. Compressor has convenient hand slot on top for ease of lifting and transporting. Great value combo from Porter-Cable that delivers. Overall, I am pleased with the combo. Compressor is made in USA, nailer is made in Taiwan. As a professional finish carpenter, I highly recommend this combo.finish nailer makes a great companion brad nailer. More High Ratings - Excellent tool combo pack! Looks like it's already been said, but I'll add to the positive comments by saying that the nailer is very light weight and fires flawlessly. The compressor works very well and is remarkably air tight (held full charge for more than two weeks). I've also used the compressor with a framing nailer and it kept up with no problems. I am very happy with the purchase of this combo. PORTER CABLE NAILED THIS ONE - LOVE THIS COMBO! ITS VERY PORTABLE, HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND FIRE IT UP. IT WILL SHOOT A WIDE RANGE OF NAILS. IT WILL SHOOT THE 2 1/2 NAILS WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE. THE GUN HAS NEVER JAMMED, IT IS VERY EASY TO CONTROL THE DEPTH OF THE NAIL EITHER FROM THE ADJUSTMENT ON THE GUN OR THE REGULATOR ON THE COMPRESSOR. THE COMPRESSOR ALWAYS HAS SUFFICIENT AIR. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU GET A LONGER AIR HOSE AND KEEP THE UNIT OUTSIDE. THIS COMPRESSOR SHOULD FIRE A FRAMING NAILER AS WELL, BUT IT WILL RUN MORE OFTEN. What a great value! - This combo pack is just what the beginner woodworker needs for those home improvement/hobby projects. The range of nail sizes which can be used with this nailer make it an excellent choice for all types of projects from crown molding to fine furniture. I shopped several retail stores, catalogs, and home improvement centers for comparable prices and values and this combination, with nailer, compressor, and all the needed hoses and fittings was, by far, the best value I was able to find. Most nailers alone cost more than this set and the quality of the tools was all I had hoped it would be. I also enjoyed the convenience of ordering the nails I needed for each project on the same site as the tools themselves. Love it!!! - I told my husband that I was in love again- with my nailgun. I have look for months into every brand, and asked people that I know about their preferences in nailguns. It has cut hours off of my time in nailing moldings and trim on the furniture that I make. Absolutely No Problem Tool - I have used it for several months and a couple of thousand nails and have not had one jam. I have not identified any flaws with this combo set and recommend it without reservation. Should have bought this combo pack years ago! - It provides a good range for finishing nails and is a great starter set for even the expert. The compressor is a bit noisy so if you're in a small space you will want to invest in some earplugs otherwise it's tolerable for a basic 2hp pancake compressor. The nailer itself what else can one say it's a Porter Cable light, adjustable and powerful! I am already looking at my next nailer the FC350 framing nailer!
Don't hesitate in making this a must have purchase for your shop!. Great Package - The pancake compressor powers all my nailers to drive 16d's at 120 psi all the way down to 3/4" brads at 30 psi. The compressor is easy to move which makes the upstairs finish work much easier. The finish nailer is a quality tool, its a Porter-Cable. Even having to buy a new hose or repair the existing one, the combo package is a great buy. excellent product - I bought this after folishly trying to put ~300lft of oak baseboard by hand nailing without drilling pilot holes. I had no mis-fires, and each nail was perfectly countersunk for easy finishing. So far I have driven about 600 nails with no problems and I also use this to do small flooring jobs for other people.
Additional features: tool-free adjustable depth of drive, nail lock out mechanism, tool-free adjustable exhaust, ???? air fitting, removable non-marring nose tip Selectable trigger, restrictive or contact actuation mode Power to drive nails (up to 3-1/2" x .131") into engineered lumber Delivers twice the life over previous tools Uses standard 22 degree 2" to 3-1/2" x .113" to .131" plastic collated round head framing nails.
found in CFFR350B's reviews: Porter-Cable Compressor - Framing Nailer Kit - The nailer is great, very easy to adjust and has never jammed on me. The only complaint I would have is getting the nails out of the nailer if you don't use them all. The compressor has enough CFM to do any type of construction work or any other shop work. Air tank fills up fast and isn't too loud. I highly recommend this combo kit if you are looking for a framer and a compressor with a lot of punch. good stuff so far - I owned the previous version of this gun - it was stolen - and the new version is improved in many little ways - better nail loading, better nose guard, better hose angle, etc the compressor is new to me quieter than my Emglo (a lot) and seems robust and powerful the whole wheel/pullcart thing is a little cumbersome - it's a little too heavy to pick up and carry around, but a little to light to be designed like a rolling suitcase but it's red, and that makes up for a lot.

found in D55151BN's reviews: Good Compressor/Nailer combo - I bought this compressor mainly to run nailers for those jobs, as well as other around the house usage.
I had read that oil-lubed compressors were quieter and lasted longer, so I was looking for an oil-lubed motor in particular. I shopped around quite a bit, and was tempted by the PC pancake/nailer combos (oilless), but settled on this instead.
I was somewhat dissapointed by the amount of noise generated by the compressor. I'm not sure what it is yet, but it doesn't seem to affect the operation of the unit, and I didn't want to send it back for repairs, since I have a bit of a deadline on some of my jobs.
The rattling bit is the main reason for giving the compressor a 4 instead of a 5.
The compressor works very well, and I'm quite happy with it. It seems fairly well made, and all the components are pretty easy to get to if repairs are needed for some reason.
The brad nailer is also pretty nice, although I think I like my Hitachi nailer a bit better. At the time I bought it, Amazon was running a very nice $75 off $300 promotion, and also offering a free air hose, so I feel that I got a great deal on a very good combo. Dewalt Compressor and Brad Nailer Combo- D55151BN - The review said the Brad nailer was the easiest to use and overall the best. It was very easy to get started and the operation of both the compressor and the nailer was excellent.

Ideal for onsite trim work, architectural woodwork, and casework installation, this combo kit from Porter-Cable includes a finish nailer, brad nailer, narrow crown stapler and compressor.

Weighing just 34 pounds, the compressor is easy to transport from project to project. And, two quick-connect couplers let the compressor power two nailguns to at the same time.
Now for the guns: The kits BN125A nailer uses standard 18-gauge brads from 5/8- to 1-1/4 inches long. And, the included FN250B nailer uses standard 16-gauge finish nails from 3/4 to 2-1/2 inches long. Nailers are equipped with special hardened driver blades for maximum durability and reliability. The finish nailer also features an adjustable depth-of-drive and a non-marring nose tip. Olson

found in CFBN200A's description: Here they've packaged their hard-working 18-gauge brad nailer with its power source--a 15 amp, 120-volt, 6-gallon compressor driven by a 2-horsepower oil-free motor. Fill up the nailer with standard 18-gauge brads from 3/4 inch to 2 inches long, hook up, and you're ready to install baseboards, chair rails, moldings, even make quick work of those wooden craft items like country shelves and vegetable bins. found in CFBN200A's reviews: Compressorcombo - This is a good combo, but don't believe Amazon's pitch that this is a $472 package. The Perfect Trim Combo Pack - Not only did I receive my order for this combo pack 2 days earlier than expected, but I could not be more pleased with the quality and performance for the money. This is an older and proven compressor design that I was well familiar with. The brad nailer has also proven itself to be a very reliable and easy to use tool. Great Deal on a Heavy duty compressor and nailgun - Great Products - After shopping around and comparing nailers and compressors, I decidede to purchase this combo kit. The nailers are easy to use and have functioned flawlessly. Porter-Cable CFBN200A 2" 18 Gauge Brad Nailer/CompressorCombo Pack - The compressor is loud but if you don't mind the noise it is not a factor. The brad nailer is high quality. I'm very happy with the nailer AND Amazon - I investigated cordless nailers from Paslode (too expensive) and Senco (questionable reliablilty) before settling on the Porter-Cable CFBN200A Combo from Amazon. The nailer is very well-balanced and well-made. The compressor charges quickly but is quite loud, but it only kicks on (after the initial charge) after a lot of brads are fired. So don't let mine and other comments about the compressor noise scare you. I'm quite giddy about the nailer and with the great response from Amazon.
Kit also comes with a 25-foot airline kit with all fittings and teflon tape 1.5 hp, 5.8-gallon oil-less compressor with wheels for portability 1000 2-1/2-inch finish nails, tool oil, tool carrying case Combo pack includes a 2-1/2-inch 16-gauge finish nailer
found in CPACK200's reviews: A Bostitch satisfied customer - I needed a compressor and the combo packs offered the best value for the money. The Bostitch brad nailer combo did not receive very good ratings, but others had good experience with the Bostitch 2 1/2 finish nailer. That combo was my choice, and after using them for several Months now, I am very satisfied with both the nailer and compressor. I did add a Porter cable narrow crown stapler and am now about to purchase a Porter Cable 1 1/4 brad nailer. Between these three tools and compressor, my projects can all be accomplished with ease. bostich 16 gauge finish nailer - I received the combo kit for Christmas. I went to my local home improvement store they showed me how to load the nailer and now I am having to visit with them again on how to use the aircompressor. I thought that the compressor instructions were going to be better, I was wrong. Shipping seems to be a problem - I received my nailer/compressorcombo today. The foot rest on the end of the compressor tank was bent. The documentation and instructions were pretty skimpy (make that real skimpy), but I was nailing in about 15 minutes, and so far the nailer works fine. ready to go! - I have used 3 different nailguns with it and all worked easily.

found in PC0947's reviews: Senco brad nailer/compressorcombo - This is a great little combo. compressor try's hard but comes up a bit short - Of course it was the compressor which broke, the part with the 90 day warranty. Senco is a good company, but I think this little compressor is not quite up to the quality of their other products. In my case it was the 1/4" copper tubing which brings the air to the tank that failed. I have fixed it with some liquid steel, since I'm on a job with it, I'm hoping the repair lasts till I have time to replace to tubing. I have used this to build two large bookcase and cabinet projects so far, and in doing so I have learned the compressors limitations. It does not do well shooting two inch nails into MDF. It does not have the power to fully sink the nail into the material. I bought this combo for the light weight of the compressor, so I guess there must be some compromises. This won't take the place of more powerful compressors, but it is great for carrying to and from a job. I'm not sure I would recommend this product, the 90 day warranty on the compressor is a big negative. The Professionals Choice - Need a great combo 18ga brad nailer with a compressor?
Of all the installars tools we send out with our crews, this is the one everyone fights for! Lightweight, no missfires, quiet and compact!
Fits in our largest rolling tool bags along with the other guns and gear we use, like Porter Cable nailers.
We install a 1/4" inline AIR Filter,Regulator,Lubricators fitted to the systems plumbing to assure good clean opperation of our guns before we send them out into the field. My new favorite tool! - My wife purchased this combo package for me for my birthday this year (well, more like I bought it and thanked her for it).
THE BRAD NAILER: The gun is lightweight and small enough to get into tight spots, yet it appears to be very well built. I ended up with very professional results and finished in 1/2 the time it would have taken me with the old hammer and finish nails.
THE COMPRESSOR: The PC1010 will change the industry. For homeowners, hobby woodworkers, and customer service professionals in the cabinetry industry this is the perfect compressor. There is no need to lug around a 4 or 6 gallon compressor for a little brad nailer. You can easily carry the nailer, hose, and bread box sized compressor in one hand. I nailed right through the recovery time, and never had to wait for the compressor to before driving any brads. However, rumor has it that Senco guns work best with Senco brads, and the local home improvement stores sell mostly PC and Bostich. I would not recommend the PC1010 for anyone who wants to drive anything larger than 18ga brads, or run multiple air tools from a single compressor. Also - the compressor is so new that Senco has very limited literature on it, but I would be willing to bet they will get this taken care of soon.
1 year limited warranty Complete kit with quick-connects, 25' 300 psi air hose, thread sealing tape, nailer case, and wrenches Oil-free compressor produces 3.7 scfm at 40 psi and 2.7 scfm at 90 psi Nailer features cushion grip, depth of drive, piston catch, quick-release nosepiece, and directional exhaust Professional nailer shoots 3/4" to 2-1/2" 16 gauge finish nails
found in CFFN250S's reviews: Fantastic! - I purchased this combo pack along with an 18 Gauge nailer. The compressor will generate more than enough power for anything you need to do around the house. I put up crown molding throughout the entire house using this compressor and the 18 gauge, and it was incredibly easy. I've built several pieces of furniture using the 16 gauge nailer of this combo pack with wonderful success. Initial set up of the compressor and nailers takes no time at all. Great Value - The compressor is light enough to move easily, but stays in place unless the floor has some kind of gloss finish. The nailer is light-wieght, easy to hold overhead, the exhaust duct is easy to direct and the nail depth is simple and stays in place. The DeWalt guns are nicer (more substantial feeling and heavier guage nails), but a DeWalt 15g costs as much as the whole PC kit. Trigger trip point fluctuates a little, and it's pretty easy to double nail a spot if you pull too slowly. A nice tidy package! - I'm glad I didn't buy the Porter-Cable 18 gage brad nailer kit from Home Depot. I guess to keep the price low, Porter-Cable outfitted this kit with their 135 psi pancake compressor, rather than their 150 psi compressor which is sold with their 18 gage brad nailer kit.
The positives of the kit are;
1) The 17 piece accessory kit with the pistol grip blower, 2) The gun has a balanced and quality feel, 3) Easy to load gun, 4) Easy to clear jammed nails, 5) Shorter and more streamlined design of gun, 6) Enough power to countersink a 2-1/2" nail into red oak, 7) Portable and reasonably light-weight compressor, 8) Very good sight line of nailing surface, 9) Value purchase.
The negatives of this kit are;
1) Noisy compressor, 2) Gun does not warn user when it runs out of nails, 3) Should have provided 2-1/2" nails, rather than the 2" nails, 4) Compressor's auto on/off lever can dislodge from the switch assembly when the lever is pushed/pulled at the wrong angle, 5) Must order the free black coloured trigger separately, 6) The gun will at the odd time spall the MDF moulding surface at the nail's point of entry (which means more caulking).
