30-day satisfaction guarantee and one-year warranty on parts and labor 15 amps Belt-drive motor
found in EC16's reviews: Rama Timmons - I bought this compressor about 2 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. The Hitachi compressor I got first was broken in shipping and did not work so I sent it back. The next compressor arrived and it to was broken in shipping, but I decided to keep it since it was still working. Now that I have used it for over a month I've decided that my Ten Year old Compressor from Montgomery Ward believe it or not works much better. The Hitachi compressor takes forever to get up to pressure and if you are sheating a roof or a floor it will not keep up with even one nail gun. Even framing walls with only one nail gun the compressor can not keep up I have to go back with a hammer and finish driving 50% of all the nails. Do not buy this compressor unless the only thing you plan on doing is making bird houses with it!.
One-Year Warranty/30-Day Performance Certification Oil-free compressor can operate on slopes without risk of leaks Rugged, top load magazine for easy reloading Depth-of-drive adjustment to match nail depth to the application Quick release nosepiece for easy clearing of jams
found in CFFN250A's reviews: Phil Mescher from Ames, Iowa - I definately recommend this combo package to anyone wanting to start working with air nailers.
One Year Warranty Supports use of all brad and finish nailers and moderate use of framing and roofing nailers High-flow regulator allows more work at higher pressures 3 hp induction motor for quieter operation High-pressure technology provides more usable air for longer run time
found in CPF23400P's reviews: Good Quality, Great Service - There are a lot of pancake compressors on the market, but this one stands out for two reasons. If you're *anywhere* near a medium sized or larger city, spare parts and repair are just a phone call away.
For the remodeler working alone, or the handman looking for a small compressor for the shop, this machine is an excellent chice.
Comes complete with gun and hopper, compressor, electric motor, 50' of air hose, 25' power cord, 2-wheel dolly and instructions Two interchangeable air stem nozzles to double the range of patterns and spray pressure Cool running, 1 HP capacitor-start electric motor drives a rotary vane compressor that produces up to 30 psi when used with 3/32" air nozzle
found in GB13300's reviews: Goldblatt Trowel Trade Tools GB13300 Pattern Pistol with Compressor - I immediately sent the unit out for repair. Fortunately, the repairman was able to use parts from an old non-working unit to fix the new unit so it is operational.
Max 100 PSI 25' Recoil hose, 2 inflation nozzles, inflation needles, inflation adpater, and tire chuck are included. Conveniently placed gauges for easy monitoring of air pressure Sturdy retractable handle for simple storage 3 gallon tank for greater stored air power.
found in FP204999AV's reviews: Spend more money and get a REAL compressor - I bought this compressor to use for airbrushing. It worked fine for about two months, then it just quit working! The motor runs fine, and all the valves are tight, but no air!
This is honestly a disposable compressor and I'd advise anyone considering buying a compressor to save up for a REAL compressor.
It's also one of the loudest compressors of its size that I've ever used. If you need a cheap compressor for occasional use and light duty (airing up bicycle tires, blowing out birthday candles, etc.
Starts easily under low voltage conditions Built-in thermal overload protection for added safety Dynamically balanced counterweight crankshaft design for reduced vibration Durable cast aluminum components for lighter weight and faster heat dissipation Designed especially for finish work
found in MAC500's reviews: Light As Air - This is a great little compressor. It's served me well, whether working on remodeling projects or going on site to build film sets. This compressor won't break your back and is perfect for someone working solo or for a two man crew with a couple trim nailers. It's not the compressor for the machine gun fast production framer, but this is a great fit for someone who travels light.
One Year Warranty Convenient control panel has regulator, gauge, and two quick connect outlets Higher tank pressure provides more usable air per tank re-charge New high-pressure design keeps tank pressure between 110 and 135 PSI 3 HP induction motor delivers 7.7 SCFM at 40 PSI, 5.5 SCFM at 90 PSI
found in CPF23400S's reviews: Frustrated with the technical assistance - I received my compressor and unpack it. The first thing I notice he was unevenness, the feet was laming. When I turn it on, the tank pressure gauge wasn't working. The first thing I've read on the manual was: "DO NOT RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO THE RETAILER". I went there with the compressor and they took it and said to leave it there for one day, and on the next day they should call me to pick it up. Ohhh! Come on!!! I can't believe that! The most common and cheap part of a compressor they don't have in stock!? Is that kind of technical assistance we have from Porter Cable when we just buy a brand new compressor and need it working??? I think I should send it back and bought another from another company, because, now, I'm just waiting and I can't do my job. Great General Purpose Portable Compressor - I bought this compressor to run nail guns, air sand and spray paint.
The main panel has a working pressure gauge with a pressure adjustment knob next to it. This regulates the pressure that reaches the hoses, not the tank pressure. If you work at lower pressures, the unit will not cycle as often. It is also handy to limit the pressure to safe levels for your various air tools.
You do have to "break it in" before working with it; just open the drain valve and let it run for 15 minutes. The unit does not stay on too long when it cycles, so the noise is not really a problem. It is not as loud as large upright compressors, but it does make a fair amount of noise, although not as much as I expected. I use it with a Souix air sander and it does run longer when I am working. I like to take a break every minute or so to clear dust anyway, so this is not a problem. If you take on a tractor trailer, get a bigger compressor. Compact unit, poor packaging - my unit arrived with the plastic air intake filter housing broken.
Other than the poor packaging; the unit is easy to operate, stable, compact, and provides plenty of air for general household use. Its duty cycle is limited to 30 minutes per hour, so it is not intended for heavy continuous use. But as long as you are notworking at top speed, it will keep up with general painting and nailing.
One-year warranty Provides 8.6 SCFM at 40 PSI and 6.8 SCFM at 90 PSI High-flow regulator for more efficient operation of pneumatic tools Tank pressure is maintained between 110 and 135 PSI for more usable air High-pressure technology provides the equivalent of a 32-gallon air supply
found in CPL6025's reviews: Quiet, powerful with a manageable size! - So, you can guess, that my two top priorities were a quiet unit that I could operate in the shop while I was working, yet powerful enough to drive my wide range of pneumatic tools. If you have the same requirements, you are reading about your dream compressor. I just love this compressor!.
